SERVICES

Hand lettering is the perfect way to add that special touch to any event!  From all the paper goodies like envelopes, escort cards, place cards, menus, thank you cards, to custom signage that displays your wedding programs, a custom welcome sign for your guests, or some other creative escort card like marble tiles or sand dollars…There really are no limitations!

 
 

1 - CONTACT ME

Please fill out the contact form with as much information as possible.  That would include what you are interested in, how many you need, any specific details like colors, event date, and/or mail date.   It will help me get a better idea of what you are looking for and to provide an accurate estimate.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.  Look forward to hearing from you!

 

2 - REVIEW & ESTIMATE


Once we have worked out all the details I will provide you with an estimate and a project timeline for you to review.  After that is approved I will set up a custom Etsy listing for you to purchase.

 

 

3 - MAILING LIST / WORDING


This is the part where you submit your final mailing list or final wording for the project. For more information on file type for your mailing list please see the ‘How to submit your mailing list’. 

 

 

4 - SAMPLES & APPROVAL


This is the part where, depending on what the project is, samples will be provided over the course of a few days to a week depending on the size of the project.  This is your opportunity to provide revisions before the project begins.  To keep with the timeline, three rounds of revisions are permitted before the project becomes delayed.  Once final approval is given the project will be begin!

 

5 - DELIVERY


Once the project is complete your items will be either hand delivery if applicable or carefully packaged and shipped.  Shipping is usually 2-3 days via USPS.  Please note that rush orders will be an additional fee of 50% of final total price.

 

 

CONCLUSION

The overall process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks or more depending on the project.  Please make sure to reach out to me in advance so we can work together to develop a smooth and timely timeline.

ENVELOPE LETTERING

 

Outer Envelope

Lettering on A7 Envelope: $3.00

Lettering on A9 Envelope: $3.25

Lettering on 6 1/5 square Envelope: $2.75

Lettering on provided Envelope*: $2.50

 

Inner Envelope

Inner Envelope: (With guest names):  $2.00

Inner provided Envelope (With guest names):  $1.50

 

Return Addresses: $1.25

Response envelope: $1.50

 

*Please note that 20% extra is needed for any errors and mistakes.

 

 

EVENT SIGNAGE

 

Seating charts start at a fee of $75 and will increase depending on sizing, amount of lettering, and medium.


All other even signage starts at a fee of $25 and will increase depending sizing, wording & medium.

RECEPTION LETTERING

 

Escort Cards:  $2.00
Place cards: $1.50

Table Numbers: $2.50

Menu (Names on the top of each menu)*:  $2.00

The pricing reflected above in Reception Lettering is only for lettering and does not include paper, printing (if needed), and design fee (if needed).

 

*If interested in having me design your menu, print and letter the names please note there is a design fee of $60 and an additional printing cost starting at $2.00.

 

DESIGN FEES

 

Designs fees are added to projects that require graphic design or illustration work.  The design fee varies based on scope of design required for the project.  Please contact me to discuss further!

 

 

TURNAROUND TIME

 

Turnaround time is approximately two to three weeks from the time that I receive both your envelopes and your final mailing list.  So please factor that into your timeline.  As I tell myself ‘If you aren’t early then you are late’!  Also, don’t hesitate to reach out to me with potential details to get a head start on the conversation.  More about the process can be found in the 'how it works' section.


Need a rush order? Rush orders will be an additional fee of 50% of final total price.

 

 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR MAILING LIST

 

Final mailing list can be submitted as a Word document or an Excel Spreadsheet to me by email.

 

Your guest list should have the guest names exactly how you would like them to appear on the envelopes.  I usually abbreviate the street suffix or the state name depending on the placement of the lettering unless otherwise specified.  Please make sure all addresses are correct before sending.
